Memory Cushion – Patchwork or Single Fabric with Personalisation
 
Our handmade Memory Cushions are a comforting way to preserve cherished clothing and turn it into a lasting keepsake. Each cushion cover can be made in a variety of styles—ranging from simple single-fabric designs to exclusive patchwork layouts with appliqué and embroidery, all thoughtfully crafted from your loved one’s garments.
 
Cushions measure approximately 45x45 cm (17"x17"), though final size may vary slightly depending on the clothing and style chosen. Interfacing and lining are always added, and all patchwork blocks are quilted for strength and structure.
 
The backing is made using either a good quality cotton shirt from your items, or new calico fabric with a fold opening . We’ll choose the most suitable option during the making process to ensure the best possible finish.
 
You may also choose to add additional appliqué patches, names, short poems, or special messages to personalise it further.
Please note: Inner cushion inserts are not included, so you can choose the firmness and type of filling that best suits you.
